Hair care and styling products may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date and must be returned with at least 50% of the product remaining. A record of purchase through our salon is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Eligible products may be exchanged for another product or returned for salon account credit toward future retail purchases. Redken stands behind all of their products. Eligible products may be returned within 90 days for a refund to the original form of payment, provided the purchase can be verified. Hair tools, including blow dryers and flat irons, as well as brushes, hair accessories, and opened makeup or skincare products, are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
