Adjustments are typically performed by your original stylist, as they are most familiar with your hair, service history, and formula. Complimentary adjustments are intended to correct results that do not reflect the agreed-upon consultation. If you decide you would like a different color, cut, style, or service than what was originally discussed and agreed upon, additional service charges will apply.
