To reserve appointments requiring extended service time, including extensions, color corrections, balayage services, and other appointments lasting 2 hours or longer, a minimum deposit of 50% of the scheduled service is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied directly toward your final service balance on the day of your appointment. We understand that schedule changes may be necessary. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date when notice is provided by the end of the previous business day of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the close of business on the previous business day will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is given.
