EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

We make education a priority for our team of stylists and front desk staff in order to provide our guests with the best possible experience. Employees are able to experience educational sessions (both in-salon and online) as well as access an educational fund.

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM

The Associate Program pairs a new stylist with a team educator (a level 3+ stylist or member of the Leadership Team) for a six-month program aimed at on-boarding new hires to the salon culture, industry standards, and personal career track. Associates will attend classes covering color, design, and finishing. As a Summit Salon, The Wave Length will provide you with a defined career path. This will include monthly personal development meetings and setting performance goals to help you advance your career.
